Reporting office under the Whistleblower Protection Act

The Whistleblower Protection Act is a legal regulation that aims to protect people who provide information in good faith about possible violations of laws, regulations or ethical principles in our company. The law provides a legal framework to ensure that whistleblowers are protected from disadvantages.

In accordance with the requirements, we have set up an internal reporting office, which can be contacted by email at fgh@hinweisgeberportal.nrw.

The Federal Office of Justice in Bonn is also available as an external reporting office for general reports (https://www.bundesjustizamt.de/DE/MeldestelledesBundes/MeldestelledesBundes_node.html).

As a company, we promote an open, respectful and transparent environment in accordance with our guidelines and take compliance with laws and ethical standards seriously. The Whistleblower Protection Act gives us the opportunity to identify potential violations at an early stage and take appropriate action.
